Djiwandou Putro is an experienced Engineering Manager at Evermos, a Series-B social-commerce platform in Indonesia. With over 12 years of experience in software engineering, Djiwandou is passionate about learning and developing his skills in Engineering Leadership. He has a unique leadership style that allows him to adapt to different situations and cases. Djiwandou sees his leadership style as having three roles, mindsets, and behaviors. These roles include being a Generalist, Specialist, and Fixer. At Evermos, Djiwandou leads a product team with a mission to empower local entrepreneurs and small-medium-sized businesses throughout Indonesia. He supports engineers and other Engineering Managers on different initiatives, including leading cross-team engineering efforts in customer-facing related issues, designing API, data tracker requirements, setting up tech viabilities, defining release plans, supporting, mentoring, coaching individual and teams of engineers to thrive at work, and helping them to deliver value. Djiwandou is also a culture champion, driving a culture of trust and continuous improvement on teams. Before joining Evermos, Djiwandou worked as an Engineering Manager at Tokodistributor, an early funded B2B-marketplace platform, and as a Technology Consultant at Schoters, an early funded education technology platform. At Tokodistributor, Djiwandou led software engineering teams, mentored and coached individual engineers, and drove a culture of trust and continuous improvement on teams. At Schoters, he helped build the initial Technology Team from scratch, launched the Education Tech solution into three different platforms, and tracked and analyzed technical team performance. Djiwandou holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering Management from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. He is skilled in Senior Software Engineering, Web, Backend, Mobile, QA, Product Manager, Infra, SRE, Android, Computer Vision, and iOS.
